Once your proof of payment has been received by us your parcel will be sent off for delivery.. You will be notified via sms and email once your parcel is out for delivery. Due to fraud, if you are paying via electronic bank using an ABSA bank account we will need to wait for the payment to clear (2-3 working days) before dispatching your parcel.
If you are based in Cape Town and would like to pay in cash you can do so by visiting our offices in Roeland Square, Cape Town. Our office hours are 8am – 4pm Monday - Friday and 10am - 2pm on Saturdays.
